"Fifty for the Future" are a pressure group who ave sucessfully lobbied for the club to overturn it's decision to scrap the youth development programme. To do this they had to raise over £20,000 in pledges of the £50,000 which the directors project needs to be spent to operate a meaningful youth system.

The club's finances have been discussed ad nausea for two years, and Fifity for the Future plan to raise the rest of the cash to keep the system, which has produced Kris Boyd and Stevie Naismith, alive at Rugby Park.

The group will hold an open meetiong in the Park Hotel on Saturday at 1 o'clock before the Hearts match in order to advise the fans of how they can help to raise the necessary money.

If you would like to show your support for this vital project, or if you have any ideas or suggestions to help the group, get along on Saturday and help get the ball rolling.
