GRETNA SEMI FOR RUGBY PARK?

The draw for the Tennents Scottish Cup quashed any thoughts of an all-Edinburgh final throwing Hibs and Hearts together in the first tie out.

The second tie sees Second Division Gretna face either Hamilton or Dundee- and that tie could be played in Kilmarnock.

Rather than face te prospect of witnessing another spectacleof a quarter-full Hampden, there will be pressure applied to the SFA for the tie to be moved to a neutral venue, and Kilmarnock's capacity of 18000 could be an ideal compromise centrally located between the three possible combatants.
