BLUES BROTHERS SET TO ROCK AND ROLL

Colin Nish's red card against Aberdeen last Saturday may have handed Killie boss Jim Jefferies the perfect opportunity to parade his two hottest prospects in an an exciting striking partnership.

21-year-old Kris Boyd returned from injury on Saturday and he could be joined up front at Tannadice by Steven Naismith, aged 18. Naismith has featured as substitute on a few occasions this season, but a hat-trick in the reserves 6-2 victory against Hibs on Tuesday night could push him ahead of Gary Wales and Craig Dargo for Saturday's clash against Dundee United.

These "Blues Brothers" have enjoyed similarly free-scoring educations through the Killie ranks, while Boyd will be looking to repeat his five goal feat against United earlier this season.
