KILMARNOCK 3-0 MOTHERWELL

This is a repeat of the original article I had up because for some reason it did not appear online.

A bad start to Jimmy Calderwood's day at his new office at the Theatre, as Ayrshire's Finest were humped 3-0 at home by the Steelmen led by former Scotland manager Craig Brown.

The lack of confidence showed all throught the 90 minutes and the first half ended 0-0 but with Medhi T and Craig Bryson having the only shots off target for Killie and the Steelmen showed fighting spirit despite not going a goal up in the first half.  It was in the second half Motherwell's Jim O'Brien opened the scoring after 55 minutes then doubled his lead after 75 minutes to make it 2-0 to the visitors. Motherwell wrapped up all 3 points when Lukas Jutkiewicz scored to make it 3-0 at full time.

It's going to be like climbing Mount Everest for Tango and his assistant Jimmy Nicholl but let's keep the faith and see what happens.  Time will tell wether their tactics will work compared to the ones JJ and BB used.
