Hamilton Beating Puts Killie Further Relegation Worries

I don't have to say anything do I? A game which was a must win we lost and lost by quite a few. The Hamilton win gave the Accies their SPL Status for next season, but ours still under a dark cloud.

No goals in the first half so it wasn't until late into the 2nd half when the goals came.  Dougie Imrie scored his first goal for the club after 72 minutes, then Flavio Paixao scored Accies 2nd just 5 minutes later. The game put beyond doubt after Thomas scored just 3 minutes before the 90 minutes was up.

Looking at the statistics from the game - Accies could have gone on to score more as they had the most posession and the most shots on target.  Our team's performance however was and could only have been described as lacklustre.  We just don't know how to score goals away from home, we did not score any goals today but for once in a long time - we had no shots off target.

Accies certainly had more corners than I've heard any team to have in a game for a while.

NEXT UP: The Buddies in Paisley - another tough away fixture.
