After weeks of speculation and a spell without a manager, that spell could end as early as tomorrow afternoon when former Hibernian manager Mizu Paateliainen is set to be revealed as the man to take on the job on Kilmarnock Manager.
Other people have been interviewed for the post including former player and ex-St Mirren manager Gus McPherson, former Rangers man and ex-Dundee manager Alex Rae, former Kilmarnock player from the '80s Lawrie McKinna plus former Hearts managers Csaba Laslo and John Robertson.
Paatelainen had two spells as a player with Hibs and replaced John Collins as Hibernian Manager at Easter Road. He led the Hibees to two sixth-placed finishes in the SPL.
A press conference has been called on Thursday afternoon.
