New deal for Jefferies

Kilmarnock will announce a new contract for manager Jim Jefferies and his coaching staff on Friday.

It is an act of faith by the board after Jefferies had been installed as the bookmakers favourite to lose their job.

Jefferies, together with Billy Brown and Ian Durrant, were entering the last year of their existing deals.
