Kilmarnock v Ross County Preview

Rugby Park gaffer Alan Johnson is still to see his first win of the season and the off the pitch events are not making it any easier.  Every game from now till at least the split must be taken as a cup final, simply because of the fact that the maroon half of Edinburgh are gradually working their way out of their 15 point defecit and back into positive points.

These are definitely dark and uncertain times at the Theatre and this will not help the team morale.  We have to remember to support Alan and his backroom staff in addition to the boys on the pitch, as they are trying to do everything they can under the current trying circumstances.

Right team news then and Killie have one slight doubt - that being Sammy Clingan. He suffered a knock while on international duty but AJ is hoping he will recover in time for the game. For the Highlanders however, Grant Munro is no longer available due to for the want of a career away from sport. Alex Cooper is a doubt but Mustafi is expected to return after being on the sidelines.

Statistics are in the home sides favour, with two wins and a draw.
