Jefferies looks to Lady Luck

The Killie manager felt his side produced one of their best performances of the season as they went down 1-0 to the Dons at the beginning of September and he would welcome a role reversal at Pittodrie on Saturday.
The Rugby Park outfit have failed to pick up a point in their last four games but Jefferies believes that would not have been the case had they had the rub of the green.

Jefferies said: "Aberdeen will target games against Kilmarnock to try to push towards meeting their expectations of challenging for third.
"When we played them at Rugby Park we produced one of our best performances of the season but lost 1-0.
"It's a good sign when you don't play well but win. We'll not complain about that as we've done that a couple of times this season, so it happens.
"Maybe it is our turn this time and we won't play well but we'll get a result.

"The four games we've lost were Celtic at home and we could have won it with the chances we had in the second half, Dundee United who had beaten Rangers at Tannadice and after a poor first half we had them on the back foot but missed our chances.
"We played Motherwell, who are flying, and there was nothing in the game but they were a bit more dangerous.
"Then we played Rangers at Ibrox, we didn't have our best team out and they had four players who they'd paid £2million for.

"We were 14/1 with the bookies and although we lost an early goal we played our way in and showed character.
"So these games have all been tight. It's not as though the teams been weakened and we're getting battered.
"It's just not going our way at this moment."

Killie have a poor record at Pittodrie having won just once there in their last 10 games.
Jefferies will change his routine in order to alter that disappointing statistic.
He said: "I've been disappointed with our last few performances at Pittodrie as we've not started well, so I'm going to change our routine.

"The long drive can affect them so we'll head up on the Friday and stay overnight.
"We did that when we played Peterhead and looked a bit brighter.

"Our plans were to go and train in St Andrews on Friday but as I can't name a squad yet but we'll train here, see if Simon Ford and Frazer Wright are okay, and then head up."
